Tenant Profiles

Each tenant profile stores:

  • Emergency contacts

The Tenant Portal

LeasePilot provides a dedicated portal for your residents.

Inviting Tenants

  1. Navigate to the Tenants tab.
  2. Select a tenant.
  3. Click Invite to Portal.
  4. The tenant will receive an email to set up their password.

Portal Features

  • Online Payments: Tenants can pay rent via ACH or Credit Card.
  • Maintenance Requests: Tenants can submit and track repair issues.
  • Documents: Access to signed lease agreements.
